I cant find anywhere to change HDD Mode?

I am wanting to install Mac OS onto my PC, (If i can) But found I need to change my HDD to ACHI mode, I have looked everywhere in the BIOS and cant find anything about the HDD mode, Im using an old Motherboard which is the BIOSTAR N68S3+

Cant find anything on the internet or bios myself,

Any help?

I can get it running to the apple logo, Then a small no entry sign pops up above it but the circle keeps spinning although nothing loads,

I thought this could be the problem but could this still mean that it could be incompatible?
