Having an issue with my PCI / VGA and Boot LED's being red after a recent PSU failure for my setup. I'm trying to determine if the error is related to the motherboard itself, or if each of the corresponding parts may be faulty after the failure. The GPU fans are spinning while powered with a green LED indicating it is receiving power. Looking to see if there would be any way to check which of the two may be having a problem. I do not have a second setup to text each part due to this being my first build

If it helps, the original crash occurred when I loaded Skyrim on ULTRA to see what kind of performance I could expect for my card. The game loaded, but then the monitor stopped receiving a signal and there was a burning smell from the PSU,

Can you give us system specs (including the PSU that died), and as well do you have a PC Speaker hooked up? Is it beeping?
