Hi guys, today I open my desktop pc, and noticed that my sata hard drives where connected to 4pin molex connectors with sata adapters. My power supply is a Thermaltake TR2 600w, and has 6 molex connectors and 6 sata power connectors.
My question is... Can I use those sata power connectors to connect my hard drives directly without using the 4pin adapters to 4 pin?
I'm not sure because sata power connectors have an orange extra cable, that supply 3.3 volt, and 4 pin does not.

This is what my adapters looks like

and thesse are my sata power connectors of my power supply

Thanks for all the answers and any further help you could bring me!

Thanks for the fast answer, but as I said before, i was not sure because adapter only use 4 cables, sata power cable has 5, I was afraid to end up with a dead hard drive!
