ASRock FM2A88X+ BTC USB 3.0 ports missing drivers(please help)

Alright, here's my issue: My motherboard(model in title) has two USB 3.0 ports on the back, and neither of them work. My case is the Rosewill Challenger U3, and neither of its USB 3.0 ports are working(well, the chassis ones SORT OF don't work, keep reading and I'll explain.) I have installed everything on the disc included with my motherboard, downloaded all drivers their website offers for my board, and tried updating via Device Manager to no avail-- They still don't work.

Now here is where it gets weird...
The USB ports on the chassis are getting power, because when I plug up a flash drive, the little light blinks, but nothing happens on my PC, and device manager doesn't pick up the flash drive either. The ones on the board don't even get power, though.

If a description of my build helps anything, here it is:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Athlon X4 860K(it required me to switch out the BIOS chip to get it to work)
8GB 1600MHz RAM
R7 250X 1GB
My power supply is the Thermal Take TR2 430W

All drivers are up to date, and CCC is the newest BETA version. They were the official drivers to begin with, but then I upgraded them thinking that may help.

By this point, I would have to assume the board is defective and needs to be RMA'ed back for a replacement.
  2. Looking at the specs for your motherboard, it appears the USB 3.0 ports are supplied by the AMD A88X chipset, so the drivers are likely a part of the AMD All in 1 driver package on the ASRock website.

I actually tried that. The All-In-One drivers are actually Catalyst Control Center(CCC)
  4. The All in 1 drivers may include the Catalyst Control Center, but they also include more than that. The All in 1 drivers are well over 500 MB downloaded, whereas video drivers are on the order of 150 - 250 MB.

If the All in 1 driver package from ASRock's website isn't working for you, you might try Gigabyte's website, as they have boards using the same chipset and have an updated version of the All in 1 driver download.
