I just recently got a Corsair H55 Water Cooler (quiet edition), and after installation, I turn my PC on and its as loud as a train. Any possible solutions or things I might have some wrong?

Solution
The pump is probably OK like that as long as the CPU FAN header is not able to control 3 wire fans by varying the voltage. I'd move the pump to a different header, tho. Just to be safe. One you know for sure is always at 100%. The pump can burn up if it runs too slowly.

Then try the rad fan on the CPU fan header. If you can't control the speed of the rad fan with the cpu fan header, I'd consider replacing the rad fan with a 4 wire fan from Corsair. http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-series-h60-sp120l-2000-rpm-replacement-fan
(Same fan as I have on my H60.)
Then the fan will run at a slower speed until needed.

Where do you have it connected? The problem with that H55 model, is that it uses a std. 3 wire fan. If it is plugged into a 4 pin header like the CPU FAN header, chances are the PWM controller on the board won't be able to slow it down. As a result, it will run at full RPM all the time. If your MB has a sys fan header that is 3 wire and/or controllable in BIOS, move the fan to it. Then set the speed accordingly.

My Corsair H60 uses a 4 wire fan (PWM). If all else fails, swap out the 3 wire rad fan for a 4 wire PWM fan and plug it into the CPU FAN header so it can be controlled like the stock cooler's fan was.

Oh, and always keep the pump running at full RPM. If it is connected to a fan header, be sure the fan header is set to run at full speed in BIOS.

I have the pump connected to the cpu fan 4pin slot and the fan (corsair) connected to the case fan cable (can't recall the specific name of it)
