computer froze, turned it off, now screen wont show

Cpu: i5 3330
psu: forgot name but I know its 1000w
graphics:radeon 7770 hd
ram:10 gb

so i boot up my computer and then i click on chrome browser and my computer freezes while loading the chrome browser ok maybe I clicked on it too soon or something. Turn computer off and now screen wont show. I think its on recovery mode or the bootup recovery mode or sometbing like that because when I press enter it restarts but I cant see screen. When i do press enter i restarts and my keyboard lights go off but my mouse is still there. There is this rythmic sound from my computer when I do decide to press enter. After like a 10-15 minutes of doing the rythmic sound it reboots but still no screen. I turn off computer and same thing happens if I press enter.

If you have nothing at all on the screen from when you hit the power button, first try another video card. If still nothing, try another power supply.
1000 watts is way too much for a system with a 7770, it's more than double what you need to run the computer comfortably. It's also likely a cheap unit that failed unless you paid quite a bit for it. 1000 watt power supplies are not cheap.
