PC won't boot, Fans spin for a second then stop.

I can't figure out what is wrong in my system. I boot it up, the fans spin for a split second, then turn off.

FX-8320
MSI 970 mobo
Team dark 2x4gb
Viotek 850w psu

Motherboard is sensing something wrong and shutting it down. I don't believe that mobo has a diagnostic LED. Remove all unnecessary connections to mobo (such as panel jacks, usb ports). Re-check seating of RAM and any PCI cards. Are you using cables that came with that PSU?

Thanks! I unplugged everything then plugged it back in and it works, but it wouldn't show anything on screen, so I cleared the CMOS and all is well now!
