Hello,
I recently bought a new PC off of eBay. It was listed as for parts and I managed to repair it by installing a cheap video card into it. It now boots to BIOS and works completely fine, except I cannot use any of the functions of the BIOS because none of the USB ports will respond to a keyboard or mouse. As far as I can tell, all other ports are functional and the motherboard itself works fine, except the USB ports don't. They keyboards and mice I have tried are as follows: a razer deathstalker wired keyboard, an older apple wired keyboard, an older dell wireless keyboard, a razer deathadder mouse, and a generic wireless mouse. I do have a driver I have not yet put into the DVD drive and let run, I don't think that would fix anything though. I'm hoping someone much more knowledgeable about these things than me could help :p thanks

Solution
It probably has the old PS/2 ports. Can you try that and once into BIOS turn on, I think it's called legacy or? So you will be able to use the usb devices in BIOS.
