Can't boot properly anymore

So I was in a good mood and decided to clean my dad's computer today. Worst decision ever.
I ran a Malwarebytes scan and found 750 threats, I quarantined and deleted these. Should not have deleted them because now I have fudged windows up. Besides that, I renewed all drivers with the Slimdrivers program.

The problem is that I can't boot his PC anymore. I have tried multiple possible solutions for over 5 hours straight. Googled every single problem and read 50 threads to no avail. First issue is that I Startup Repair does not work. It gives me an error message saying it can't be automatically fixed. System recovery does not work, it gives me an 0x8000ffff error message on multiple recoveries. I can't boot into safe mode, first AVG gave me an error message but I got rid of it through the AVG Rescue CD. Then CLASSPNP.sys gave me an error message. I renamed the file but then I got stuck at disc.sys, so no fix. I renamed classpnp back to .sys.

I tried changing Bios settings, resetting them to default and chaning SATA to either AHCI or IDE, none work.

I tried multiple things in the CMD including chkdsk /r and all variations of it.
I can't run a darn sfc /scannow because it gives me an error message saying there is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Tried various ways to fix this, none of them worked. I am pretty clueless as to what I should do right now guys, any help is appreciated.
I'm going to bed in a pretty bad mood right now, I hate unfinished work. If there is any additional information needed, please ask me. I'm pretty sure I tried everything imaginable but hey

Yea, I don't put any faith in those programs. At least driver packs don't force install programs.

Well his computer is very slow, so I figured why not try to renew the drivers. Couldn't possibly make things worse *cough* It's not that bad of a computer, HP Touchsmart 300. It is incredibly slow now, even though is has plenty of HD space left. The hardware is probably just too old. There is nothing wrong with Slimdrivers anyhow, it's just an useful scan/summary of what needs to be updated. All the updates were done through the official manufacturer' software

As for the boot error, I'm not entirely sure what you want to know. When I try to boot it regurarly, it loops after it states 'Starting Windows'

I'm really tired and frustrated now so I'm going to give it another shot tomorrow

Okay I somehow managed to fix it.
Now there is another problem.
My internet connection to this particular PC stopped working. Nor ethernet nor wifi works.
I tried disabling the adapater and rebooting, but Windows won't update.
There is a Windows update for the adapter but I can't install it because I have no internet connection.
Any suggestions?
