cant run games at 60fps please help me

i honestly dont know what to do anymore im so fed up with my PC. I have a AMD A8--5600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics, a Power Color 7850 GPU, 8GB RAM and windows 7 and I cant even run league of legends at 60FPS!!!!!! let alone any other non tasking game

I know my pc is super top of the line but i spent 800 on it so it cant be bad and i built it a year ago. please help if you can i dont know what to do anymore. and no i dont have the money to upgrade at the moment

if you got an ok motherboard in that thing you could try overclocking the cpu a bit.

but 800 for a a8+7850?

ah... i really hope this is an april fools joke.

First issue is the CPU you have. It is really not a good gaming CPU.
Second issue is LoL is not coded very well so even my Gaming machine can not hold 60 FPS all the time with the graphics all the way up.

This being said try lowering the graphics level in game, be sure you are not running any other programs or trying to record the game to the HDD.

Make sure League is running on the 7850. Your monitor should be plugged in to the graphics card itself, not the motherboard, on the off chance that you plugged it in wrong and it is running on the integrated graphics. Just a remote possibility, not implying that you don't know how to plug a monitor in.

Other than that, sorry. You're CPU limited for sure. You could overclock if performance is really bad, but League isn't that well-optimized, anyway.

i literally never keep programs open besides skype to talk to my friends. I have tried every setting on league and i get 15 fps.... the first like 5 months of my PC were perfect i could play all the games i wanted to play with no issues

Could you post a screenshot of your GPU usage and clock speed using MSI Afterburner or a similar program?

ok. that's pretty reasonable a few years ago. yeah. if you know what your motherboard is i could give you a good idea if overclocking the cpu is in the cards or not.
