First off, my currently planned build:

So, the Enthoo Luxe comes with a fan hub that requires a 4-pin CPU fan connection. The asus Z97a motherboard has 2 CPU fan slots. The AIO CPU water cooler I will buy uses 2 fans. So what is a good splitter I could use? Also, which connections should I use for which?(I mean that there is the CPU fan connection, and the OPT CPU fan connection. Which one for the hub and which one for the Y-splitter for the CPU fans?)
Thanks for any answers.

The CPU fan header should be used for any fan that is cooling the CPU heatsink, or the radiator fans if liquid cooling is used. The CPU OPT header can be used for anything you want, a second cpu fan on the backside of a heatsink, the rear exhaust fan (Which isn't really a bad idea if headers are limited, as it will adjust speed according to cpu temps, and response to temperature will be much faster than using the case fan headers which take longer to respond to temperature changes.), or even another case fan.

Just keep in mind that the CPU OPT header will not have a similar response time as the rest of the case fan headers, so don't be surprised when any fan connected to that header begins spinning faster the instant the CPU load goes up, while the case fans take longer to make that adjustment.

If you need a fan cable splitter this would be fine and will work with either 3 pin or four pin PWM fans and headers:

If the CPU fans are on the heatsink, connect them via CPU FAN header, along with a splitter. Or, one fan to CPU FAN and one fan to CPU OPT. If you're using a fan hub, you should be able to connect that to any of the motherboard case fan headers.
