I have been working on this for a couple days now and have had no luck. I assigned a package (adobe flash .msi) to a group policy and restarted the other machines on the domain a couple times. The first and second time it the windows 7 machines would say "Please Wait" while starting up. But the package never installs. The last thing I have done is install Group Policy Management Console on the server. I have yet to fully understand the interface and I have never seen a parameter that tells the system what PC's get the package. If you can help me with this, thank you, it has been a pain.

.Click Open.
.Click Assigned, and then click OK. The package is listed in the right-pane of the Group Policy window.
.Close the Group Policy snap-in, click OK, and then close the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in.
.When the client computer starts, the managed software package is automatically installed.
