How to do a clean install keeping all programs

I have two hard drives, 1tb each, and im only using about 800gb of one of them, I want to do a clean install of windows but I want to take all my games and programs so I dont have to download them again (I have super low internet speed) How can I do this?

If you still have the original zip file that you dl'ed then you copy them back to your HDD and reinstall. Files are spread in too many different places to just drag an .exe over and expect it to work. If you don't have the original zip or install file then you are basically out of luck and face d/l'ing the programs again.

To do a clean installation you'll need to re-install programs and copy back data. Make sure you make copies of data beforehand. These's no shortcuts here.

So there is no way to fill one hard drive with all my games and programs, then reinstall windows in the other hard drive?

Re-install the games to the other non OS drive. And install Windows to the OS drive.

So do I just move the folders to the other hard drive or?

Yep. Apps will probably have to be re-installed.
