CPU Cooler, Ram Clearance?

Hi there, just wanted to know a few things as I'm getting a new CPU Cooler in a few days time, I have an LGA 1150 motherboard, and I'm getting CoolerMaster's Hyper212X.

As far as I know, the cooler is compatible but my question is will my ram have enough clearance? Currently using 4x4gb Kingston HyperX Fury RAM, will the fan obstruct the first ram slot? or will it be okay?

I'd get a cryorig cooler if I could find one near me, but since I have limited options, I've no choice but to get the 212x, and I cannot purchase online but thank you anyways as regards to that, will keep that in mind if I ever get the chance to swap.

Are you able to get a Hyper 212 Evo? Also, please post what motherboard you have? It is a branded pre built computer or a custom build? I have a Hyper 212 Evo in one of my builds and was able to slide one of the fans up farther onto the cooler so that the memory would have proper clearance.
