i don't know stores or anything like this in india but if the prices are similar to us or europe you are talking for a 1000$ budget. you can't build a beast pc with this money though. definitely a good one but not beast. i will drop you a link with the parts i suggest for a 1000$ gaming pc. i don't know if you find them for similar prices in india but these are your best choices in my opinion. have in mind that i didn't add an os: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mgGzRB
you can add cpu cooler in the future for overclock and ofc you can easily add a second ssd at any time. also the psu i selected will easily have power to add a second gpu for sli-crossfire if you wish in the future.

Do you really think the 4790k is necessary just for gaming?

no. i have an i5-4690k and its great. the i7-4790k has higher clock speeds and the big difference here is the hyperthreading i7-4790k offers. as for gaming performance both are very similar. but i bought my pc for 870$. so since your budget is more than mine i thought an i7-4790k is better for you.

No probs but what would you say if i dont have any limit?? ie. more than 70,000 .....

Then your set up would probably consist of the i7 5820k with a x99 board and 2 GTX 980 or wait until the r9 3xx series.
