Twitch Streaming questions on my pc

i have a dual core 2 duo 4.00 ghz / 8 gb ddr2 ram / Evga Gtx 660ti grahpics card and my internet spped is 150 mbps download 25 upload but my computer will not stream any sugestions on how to fix or resolve this problem??

your CPU is not powerful enough to support the stress of gaming and streaming at the same time. Streaming is incredibly taxing on a cpu. Typically quad core is the minimum you want like an i5 processor or an AMD 8350 octa core.

I am live every ngiht at 10 pm MST if you want to drop in for immediate help or ill check back on this thread when i get a chance.
