I don't intend to do any overclocking
or else please suggest any better budget mobo

its a good awful looking motherboard, and that alone makes me want to scrap this one.
I'll gamble and say you're British (because of your grammar), so this is a solid choice:

its 10 quid more then that motherboard, but its much better, with solid VRM cooling, so it wont crap out on you even when you push it hard. also, if in the future you will decide to overclock, the motherboard wont fry itself.

I am an unhappy owner of 8350 and GA-970A-D3 the motherboard is unstable at stock NB and HT speeds had to lower therm to make them stable both at 2200mhz and overvolatge a bit, also overvoltaging the memory module anything above 1,5v makes the pc unbootable had to clear cmos.Automatic overclock profile of the memory fails big time had to do it manualy.to work. as for the cpu i have only bad things to say. the stock fan is noisy had to upgrade, the single thread performance is a joke(core unpark tool helps also if you like to oc that helps too).

please stay away from Gigabyte, there products suck at quality and support. also get an i5 way way better than 8350.
