Hi I have the above board with an i5-4690K running a H75 cooler and CX600m PSU anyone know best setting for overclocking

What graphics card do you have? Gotta make sure you have adequate headroom with that power supply before going further. Overclocking is simple, if you know what you're supposed to be doing. I suggest doing lots of research reading articles before even thinking about booting to bios

You're actually looking at closer to 320W at stock speeds. But regardless, even with a moderate overclock you'll be okay with the 600W from corsair. The issue is just how long will it last? Their lower end power supplies use very stock parts from china and taiwan. They're not geared for serious overclocking. It's just a judgement call. You'll probably be fine, but I wouldn't personally ever use a CX/CM/GS etc corsair series for overclocking beyond something very mild
