Hey guys :D

I wanted to purchase new power supply.I'm currently in Asia which means electricity is 220 compatible and not 110.
I'm about to move to Europe and then to united states. If I buy EVGA or SEASONIC quality power supply, will it be compatible (have 110/220 switch) in the places I'm about to travel to?
I mean come on...they are global brands.they should work everywhere right??

Solution
You don't want one with an input voltage switch, you get that wrong and sparks fly. Just check the specs, any and all decent PSUs should accept input voltage between 100 & 240V. That'll work anywhere in the world. They automatically detect the input voltage and adjust accordingly.

Just pick up a local cable wherever you go (or use an adapter) and you'll be fine.

If that means that I can get good EVGA p2 or Seasonic psu and use it in US with its special cable and it will automatically detect the input and will work normally, then that's just great.I didn't know they can auto adjust.I thought I should buy something with physical switch on it.Thanks for quick answer man ;)

Yup, that's how it works. Just check the input voltage in the spec-sheet, because there are (a very few) models only made for certain markets which have a limited range. But any well known model, including the ones you list, should work anywhere and everywhere.

Glad it helped.
