Athlon X4 640 Best GPU without bottleneck

Hi.

I awant to ask you to tell me the best GPU for this CPU that wont get bottlenecked. I heard radeon 7950 is a good choice because the bottleneck is barely noticeable. My MAx resolution is 1440/900.

Thatnks for all advices :D

Budget doesn't matter, I would like the best card possible for this cpu.

As u have a four core cpu bottleneck should not be too much an issue. Although your cpu may limit your framerate when u have a r9 280x gpu, however u could still benefit from the quality in gaming.

If u want to minimize bottleneck, it's a good idea to stick back to r9 270x or gtx 960.

Before FX 6300 i had Athlon II X4 630 OC to 3.3 Ghz with my current R7 260x and and in most games it was fine usage was above 95% or high 80% most of time but let say in games like BF3 and BF4 that is different story.There was some higher bottleneck where CPU was geting 95+% usage and GPU was at 80% but when i jump from 64 to 48 man server that gets GPU usage to 90+%.Also i was gaming at 1080p.In your case since you have 900p monitor it will stress CPU even more so max you want is r9 270x or GTX 960,BUT if you want stronger GPU go for it it wont harm you.
