I have a packard bell easy note tj65 it is showing I am connected to my router but there is normally a little symbol of the world that shows aswell but it's not there and when I try to go onto the Internet what ever page I try and load it jst says waiting for Google (for example), my dad showed me a setting that keeps disabling itself when I turn my computer off which is causing this but he can't remember what it is. The setting was in.... When u go onto the net, click on settings, then Internet settings it's under one of those tabs. I've had my laptop for a couple years but it doesn't get used very often so this is very frustrating. Please can someone help me
