Hey guys I've never built my own PC and I'm kind of raw when it comes to technology, so wanted to ask if these parts would run together or I need to swap something out, any other feedback like what I could improve is welcome.

You'll have an easier time building using uk.pcpartpicker.com
It has an inbuilt compatibility checker, filters for finding parts and compares stores for best pricing available in the UK.

Your current build looks ok and will function, but you might get better deals and parts using partpicker.

Please list you components, links are optional. Ya don't wanna make is ole folks make our RSI any worse than it is from the clickfest :)

You will get more answers if people can read thru the list and respond quickly.

PSU link is broken, but I know the unit... I'd look fr something better like a Seasonic 520 / 620 S12 or M12 series.

Consider upgrading to the same size Seagate SSHD which as a built in SSD

Here's a near copy of your build using PCpartpicker, a few things such as the case come out a couple GBP higher, but overall there's a big savings. (Bonus, you get an SSD)

I second upgrading the PSU, http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
This is a much higher quality unit (but I don't trash the one you selected, it's a great budget unit should you need to save 20 quid)

I swapped out the power supply for the one you have recommended and probably am going with your build, going to ask around a bit. Thanks both of you for your help, it's much appreciated :)
