Will my OS SSD bottleneck the M.2 SSD that I play games on?

I currently have a Samsung 840 Evo SSD, which runs my Windows 8.1 operating system. I recently purchased a Samsung SM951 M.2 SSD to store games on for faster load times. The 840 EVO is connected through a Gen 3.0 SATA connection, which has a maximum bandwidth of 6GBps. The M.2 however, shares the bandwidth with a Gen 3.0 x4 PCIe slot giving it a bandwidth of 8GBps.

My question is:
Considering that all my DRMs run off the EVO, will the load times of my games fall subject to the SATA bandwidth speed of only 6GBps? Or, does the M.2 communicate with the CPU directly when playing/loading games, regardless of the limitations set by the speed of the operating system's SSD?

Thanks

You won't see any differences at all, even with a stopwatch. The hard drives will not saturate the SATA bus, bus speeds are usually 1-2-3 generations over component speeds before you can get into issues. For example and older PCIe x16 rev 1 slot will be pretty much 100% as fast as the latest PCIe standard in all except the top of the video card speeds.
