Hello,
I have HP G62 B15SV and i have add 8 gb ram(2x4gb).Hp says that the laptop does not support more than 4gb ram but I have add 8 gb and seems to working well.Windows and bios seems to recognize ram...How does this happen?
(sorry for bad english)

good for you, enjoy, it can happen, but it's always a gamble. if it didn't work you could not have gone and complained at hp support since this is "not supported". that's the reasoning. since they tested just with 4gb they offer support only for that.
