I want to build a fine, you can call it an entry level, pc which can run next gen games like GTA v or Arkham knight on low graphic setting on playable fps. My big brother just got his ps4 that's why i cant build a good pc. Please suggest as many options as possible so i can choose. I will upgrade this pc later. thanks in advance
