hi guys i overclocked my cpu to 3.8 and ran intelburntest and its stable on 3.8 and now i want to overlock it to 4ghz. im new to overclocking so can u guys give me some advice in how to overclock to4ghz (what areas) in simple terms 
my bios settings for 3.8
