overlocking from i7 920 3.8ghz to 4ghz

hi guys i overclocked my cpu to 3.8 and ran intelburntest and its stable on 3.8 and now i want to overlock it to 4ghz. im new to overclocking so can u guys give me some advice in how to overclock to4ghz (what areas) in simple terms :D

my bios settings for 3.8

bios settings:

cpu ratio setting: 21.0
intel R speedstep: disabled
BCLK: 181
PCIE: 100
DRAM: auto
UCLK: auto
QPI link data rate: auto

CPU voltage 1.25625
CPU PPL voltage: auto
QPI/DRAM core voltage: 125000

rest on auto

My computer specs are:
CPU: Intel® Core™ I7 920 3.8ghz
Motherboard: Asus P6T Deluxe v2 Motherboard
Graphics: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW
Memory: Corsair vengance 12gb
SSD: Samsung 850 PRO 256GB SATAIII 2.5inch SSD
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova B2 750W Power Supply
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower Case
Operating System: Microsoft Windows professional

I had the 920 up until a week ago at 4.4ghz 1.475v lol on a noctua NHD14 with pretty good temps. 35c idle 80 on prime95. Are you using the d0 variant? To get to 4ghz without crashing i had to up my voltage to around 1.35
