Cooler master 212 evo Bio 39-43 C, Cpu temp software, 32 c gaming 43 C

I installed the cooler master 212 evo. Hoping to bring down my temperature, but my temp only went down 6 C. Before my stock fan would run 48-50 c on the bio then 40 with Cpu temp. When I play games it would go to 65 c with the stock fan . Now my master cooler evo 212 shows 38-43 on bio settings then when I look at Cpu temp it shows 32, and 48-53 when playing games. I don't know if I'm getting the right temperature. I was hoping to bring it down to 25 c.

Chip: Intel I7 3770k 3.50 GHZ

25C is a huge number to aim for. Those temps you are seeing are really good. You should be happy with that.

@Anoori9000 people told me when you change from a stock to a master cooler 212 evo. you would be expecting a big drop in temperature.

Big as in a few degrees. 25C is just outrageous. MY H100i water cooler doesnt get my 4690K that low...

No cooler can expect to get you that low, realistically.

6 degrees is alot in the cpu cooling department for air coolers.

If you get more fans in the case the Temps should go down even more..If you already have as many fans as you can fit in the case then the 6 degrees mite be bad.,IMO the best air flow for a case is 1 side exhaust(i use the front) and the rest intake to push Cool air in fast but that just my opinion!

I mite get Cooler master 212 evo myself,Was it easy to install?did you have to removed the mobo.I've heard 212 evo can be a pain to install.

Btw i have a stock fan on my i7 4790k and my idle temps are 27-31c and while playing starcraft 2 at max setting its 39-44c(uses 9%cpu).I only have 3 fans atm

Remember if the room is hot your idle temps will be hotter Because of ambient temperatures

Cooler master Evo 212 is good I was able to find the problem. I put more fans in my case and now it's drop 4 more c so it's running on 28c and 45 c while gaming. But make sure to watch a video on how to install the cooler master Evo. Because it's hard to install
