my custom pc just recently started having a graphical error with my personalize feature. when i change to certain or most backgrounds the background flashes the background of my choice for a second and then goes to black. when i go and chose a background it wont let me change to the different sections that are given, (pictures, windows background). if i chose a download picture and click done it goes back to the settings it "wants" and ignores my command. sometimes when i chose the line backgrounds it will go to a random background that has nothing to do with the lines and when i highlight the desktop background the line background starts popping up in segments. i do not get any errors when finalizing settings, and i have no viruses (scanned with multiple anti virus). i checked my bios, graphics card, uninstalled the card and reinstalled, and reinstalled all the graphic drivers. still nothing, also i updated windows to see if that would do anything, still no luck... any one with a solution?
