Computer Randomly Shutting Down Shortly After Booting

Hello,
I recently built a new computer with the help of my friend (who put it together for me). The specs can be found here:

However, my pc has been experiencing random shut downs. That is, the computer will boot to the desktop, I can play games on it and do whatever, until the monitor suddenly loses signal, and then I can hear the computer fans inside the tower turn on higher and eventually, about 15 seconds later, the computer shuts down unexpectedly.
This problem has been occurring since I've made the computer. I first set up the computer in my room, where it would be able to remain online anywhere between 15 minutes to up to 8 hours before unexpected shut down. After several days of pain in my room, I brought the computer out into the kitchen area (on a new circuit, which has apparently more power than my room) and had success using the computer without noticing any shut downs.

After about 2 weeks, however, the computer is now having the same shut down problems as before. I tried once again moving the computer back into my room (because I had recently replaced an outlet with a new one, and fixed the ground/reversed polarity on it) and was able to play on it all day without any shut downs. Then, the following day, the computer began shutting down, this time in a much more severe manner. Usually after shut down, I can turn the computer back on and use it for a while before it unexpectedly shuts down again. But it would shut down within 5 minutes after booting, Every single time i tried to turn it back on (I would unplug power, wait 10 seconds, then reboot each time).

Now, I brought it back out into the kitchen, and the same problem is now apparent. The computer can't stay on for more than 5 minutes without shutting down again. Again, It boots to the desktop, I can open mozilla firefox, open itunes, browse the internet, etc and then suddenly the monitor loses signal and it shuts down after 15 seconds. However, I recall a couple times the computer merely lost power immediately without warning - i.e. it felt like someone just pulled the plug.

I have tried replacing the power supply with a new one of the same after hearing that it could possibly be the PSU. The new PSU still experiences the same issues as before. I've tried removing each RAM stick, using just 1 at a time to see if the problem persists. It does. Note these are brand new RAM sticks as well.
I've tried updating the drivers for my Video Card, ASUS motherboard, and intel i7 chip.
The inside isn't dusty at all, it's barely a month old...
There's plenty of ventilation, and I've performed stress tests to see if computer shut down occurs. (i.e. Furmark and various other stress tests that do increase the temperature of the computer, but do not cause computer shut down - rather, the shut downs are completely random and occur without notice regardless of what i'm doing on the computer. It even shuts down when the computer is in the BIOS... ).

Any ideas? I'm very frustrated, I'm a beginner with building new computers and all, but i've spent around 1,800$ on this particular pc build and it seems that no matter what i try the problem just doesn't go away.

Thank you for reading.

@C12Friedman
Can you tell me how to check my temperatures? I just turn the computer on and for the few minutes it's online I look to see if the temperature increases above 80C?
Edit: I'm using open hardware monitor
Edit 2: I tried as you said, I watched open hardware monitor up until the point of shut down, The temperature never went above 39 C for both CPU Core and the 6 different temperatures associated with the CPU.
