So i was playing one day with my laptop, and i got 50-55 fps average, i checked my temperatures and they were at 68c. I wanted to reach the 60fps mark, and so i did.

I managed to get the core at 95+ and the memory at 75+ ( I don't like to overclock the memory alot ), while my temps were sitting at 71c.

Anyways, i went to get a drink, and my little brother touched the laptop, and now the memory is clocked at 357+.

I clicked the reset button in MSI Afterburner, and the core went down to 0+. But the memory stayed at 357+. I already tried reinstalling it, but It's still at 357+.

Help.

I can't figure out how to reset it, I'm afraid it will damage my computer.

I had issues with MSI after burner on my HP. It got stuck, but it actually wasn't that high. MSI claimed it was clocked, but on hardware monitor it wasn't. What gpu do you have? amd has a suite you can use to overclock with.

I just checked again and it went down to 0, wow :O.

Must be a bug, thanks :)

Like I said the MSI tool has some bugs. The AMD overdrive suite is a much better idea. If you need over clock the CPU, you can do that in the amd suite or if you are Intel there is Intel after burner. The best GPU overclocking tool for me has been EVGA precision tool; however you will have to either prove you own and EVGA product or get the installer third party. I have an EVGA GPU in my desktop and also used the installer in my laptop.
