How do I regain access to Internet Explorer?

The Internet Explorer App won't show up when I search in the charm bar. It is also already checked in the Windows Features box. It's as if I have it installed but don't have access to it.

You need to switch to the modern UI and go to all applications, right click on the icon and you should be able to pin it.

Well it's my default browser now and it opens with website shortcuts but i'm still unable to find it in the charm bar. What I want to do is pin it to my taskbar.

Ok I figure it out...somehow. I decided that I would just put a website shortcut in my taskbar that I was planning on using as my homepage anyway. As soon as I put the shorcut in the taskbar it turned into the Internet Explorer shortcut. I don't get it, but okay. Thanks for trying to help ToineF! :)
