Which build would be better for gaming/livestreaming/video editing? (Im a noob at build pcs!!)

Both of them use the same case same power supply and same graphics card and os.

Processor: AMD FX-8350
Ram: 8 Gb
Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GT 740
Os: windows 8.1
Power supply: EVGA 500W 80PLUS
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Hard drive: 2 Tb

Intel version
Processor: Intel Core i5-4690K
Ram: 8 Gb
Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GT 740
Os: windows 8.1
Power supply: EVGA 500W 80PLUS
Motherboard: Msi H81M-E33
Hard drive: 2TB

the AMD build. More cores is better for rendering, and video editing.

both would be good for video editing and livestreaming but both would suck at gaming because the gpu is very weak

No the intel chip would get crushed. No hyperthreading means that it gets STOMPED by the 8350, and he wouldn't even be able to overclock it because he was running a h81 board.

your forgetting that it will also be used for gaming and a gtx 740 sucks at gaming so he should get a cheaper cpu and get a better gpu such as a r9 280(x)
