XBOX ONE Halo Bundle Question

I have a guy that wants to sell his Xbox One that shipped with the Halo Master Chief Edition. He is wanting the full $349 for it. I am unsure whether the Download Codes that come with the "bundle" would work under my Gamertag as he already downloaded them with his Gamertag. Does anyone know if the bundled games transfer with the system or get locked to the Gamertag that redeems it? If I cannot keep the bundle, there is no reason to pay him full price for it.

nope it is stuck to his gamertag if he redemmed it no way to get them and for 349$ you can buy the bundle brand new with the game so his offer is bad

i wish every game was available on all consoles and systems in the same generation it be a heck lot better than spending 350 for a xbone just for halo or sunset overdrive and wish destiny was for pc maybe one day it will become reality
