So I'm trying to run an older game (call to power 2, came out in 2000) on my pc which runs windows 7 64-bit. It installed without any problems but when i try to run the game I get the "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)" error. It's only for this game, nothing else on my computer is having issues. I've run older games before with varying degrees of success, but when there were issues I was usually able to find a work around. If I can play games from 1995 without problems i should be able to get this one working. thoughts? I ran CCleaner in case it was a registry issue but that didn't solve it. Haven't tried anything else yet.

0xc0000005 is "Access Violation", and is usually programmer' error (e.g. accessing a memory thru null pointer), and if so there is nothing you can do about that.
