They should work. Your motherboard should automatically down-clock the 2133mhz to 1600, but I have seen that not completely be dependable. If you want a 1600mhz kit, this would work:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-FURY-1600MHz-Memory-Module/dp/B00J8E8ZWY/ref=sr_1_17?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1428108268&sr=1-17&keywords=4gb+1600mhz
You should be able to run any CL timing you want, CL9, CL10, CL11, I haven't ever run into a mobo that restricts this. For compatibility, you want to look at mainly voltage, density, type and speed. In your case, 1.5v, up to 8gb each port for max of 16gb, DDR3 and 1600mhz.

Yes. It should be. As long as your current RAM is DDR3. :)

What is your motherboard so I can definitely find out for you?

Yes I have used that so I know I need CL11, ddr3 and max 1600mhz. I want to know weather both of those sticks of ram will be compatible with my motherboard.

Thanks, that helped a lot! One final question is it ok if I mix the Hyperx Fury (As Linked in your previous comment) to my current 4GB stick (1.5v, 1600mhz, cl11)? That way I could upgrade my current one at a later date. Thanks for the help

You can try it, since they are similar (speed, CL, voltage) there is a decent chance they could work together without issues. Only way to know for sure is to try it and see. It wont hurt either module if it doesn't work, so there is nothing lost in trying.

If the modules are incompatible it either wont boot up (but sometimes you just have to change the slots the RAM is in) or it will start but you would get random errors. If removing a module stops this, then that is/was the issue.
