Solution
For the ones missing the point, the FX-6300 is the better option for streaming.

If you want to stream, take the FX-6300.

Quality motherboard, CPU Cooler, 3GB Graphics card but also a quality power supply. ~610 Dollars with DVD-Drive, under 600 without.

generally i'd go for a weaker CPU (like the i3 or the 6300) and get a much better GPU (like the r9 280)

The 750ti can run most games on high/ultra (I get ultra 30FPS on far cry 4) so I'd take the 750ti, if it meant upgrading from a i3 to a i5.

while the i3 build will be the best for a gaming build, the extra 4 cores of the 6300 with really help with multi-threded aplications, which streaming is one of them. if you want to do livestreams, the FX6300 build is better.

this is probably the best build now, because it has 8 cores, and your streaming software will REALLY like that. also, it has a stronger GPU.

617 without mail-in rebates counted. 650 with mail-in rebates. Look at the total price in your link.

I want you to be aware that I actually improved most of your components. The UD3P is one of the only motherboards around that budget that has proper cooling. With the FX-6300 you need an aftermarket cooler, the Cryorig H7 does a great job with it.

Also, the graphics card and power supply are better.

It's up to you, but I basically used your build and improved it. It is absolutely vital to have a motherboard with proper VRM Cooling. The Gigabyte U3DP is miles ahead of the ASRock 970, which doesn't do a great job with FX-CPU's.

Meh, maybe It's average. I think either the NZXT Source 210 Elite or Corsair Spec case would be better indeed.

neither of those cases will fit a decent 120mm cooler as far as im aware mate.
the h7 will fit but it is unavailable & the build above that includes it doesnt include a price for it!!

if the asrock motherboard you were looking at is this one (your links dont work)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157577&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

then you can stick with it - its a very good board at that price,as good as the ud3p,any of the other asrock 970 boards are terrible so steer clear.

I woudl go with the spec-02

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-rc912kkn1

paired with a themis cooler

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA66Z28G3802&cm_re=themis-_-9SIA66Z28G3802-_-Product

which will go nicely with the red/black board
