Anything need to be changed or added to this build?

Solution
You could try, it depends much on your room temperature and on the airflow in your case (which is going to be pretty good with that 8 case fans). But still - in my experience stock coolers were never enough for gaming. On my old i5-760 I was getting up to 95 degrees temps while playing GTA IV. I changed to Thermalright HR-02 and the temps were 45 max.

In conclusion - if you want to save money try with the stock cooler and see if it works for you - but if you see the temps reaching high then don't risk your CPU and just get some custom cooler.

It's a really good and reasonable build you have there, have fun with it :). If you want to save some bucks I believe you don't really need 8 case fans but it is up to you :p. Also if you would like the inside of your build to be a bit tidier you could go with Antec Edge 650w. It's basically really similar to TruePower Classic but about 10-15 pounds more expensive and it is fully modular. So you can get rid of all those extra cables.

I think you forgot to pick a CPU cooler. You won't really get far with the stock one. Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo is a nice budget choice or if you want to try something different here is a nice list of alternatives

I personally really like the Thermalright HR-02

I see that you have chosen a i7-4790K CPU with a Z97 mobo. So assuming that you plan to overclock. For that would suggest a decent CPU Cooler. If you are going in for a water cooler, then you might consider your 2 top fans to be SP instead of AF.
