I had a D drive previously after I partition my hard disk allocating space for C and D drive. Suddenly while I was playing my game, the computer crash and there goes my D drive. The space allocated for the D drive is also gone. I am not sure why, is there a way to solve it?

Could we see the drive's SMART report? You could use a tool such as CrystalDiskInfo.
