best gaming rig under/around 30000 2015

Please suggest me a good gaming rig that is under/around 30k budget(india) ,i prefer amd cpu and gpu so better you suggest according to this and also if you think amd is not good then please suggest a rig that you like but with a reason why amd is not good :)

after looking at your systems spec I think it also fits around 35k :D
anyway thanks I've done the purchasing though I moved from 30 to 40k :D
Here
AMD Fx 6300, R9 270x, 8 gb G-skill , 1 TB Drive , 550 watt coolarmaster smps, 1100va ups, DragonWar Mouse and Keyboard and a Logitech webcam all under 42k
How is it?
