NAME: Chase Goodman DATE: April 2nd, 2015
OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 8.1, last updated March 18th 2015.

**********Errors**********
NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM (Runs when PC is already booted up)
POOL_CORRUPTION_IN_File_Area (When PC is booting up)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (When trying to factory reset windows)
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (Right when I log into my profile)
BAD_POOL_HEADER (Right when the PC boots up)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (As soon as I logged into my account)
KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (As soon as I logged into my account)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (When I tried to refresh my PC)
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
UNEXPECTED_KERNAL_MODE_TRAP

**********Notes**********
I cannot refresh, or do a recover from a point in time without errors ruining the preparation.
Freezes occasionally when I log into my account.
Recovery flash drive I made won't work.
Created a recovery drive on my Laptop that runs the same OS and it is the same profile linked.
Random light blue screens come up and reset the PC faster than I can read them.
=============================================================================
Does anyone have an idea how I can wipe everything off my PC and re-install windows. I get too many errors, plus I've been wanting to do this so I could properly store my programs and Weed out a lot of programs I do not need. Like Audacity

Thanks a lot! I figured I was going to do that, I had my parents just ship me the disk yesterday to my college dorm.
