PC restarts 5 seconds after it appears to have completely shut down.

I've tried a lot of trouble shooting that hasn't worked. However, I came across a thread on this website
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1925525/computer-restarts-selecting-shut-windows.html
the solution suggests to install the ACPI driver from the ASUS website for the MAXIMUX VI HERO mobo. I googled this and it has something to do with powersave options.
I'm using an H97I-Plus iTX mobo. I've gone to the ASUS website to find an equivalent ACPI driver for this mobo and have failed.

Can anyone help with this problem either (/or both)
- equivalent driver for the H97i-PLUS
- give any help with resolving problem with a "restarting computer"

Solution
What is the "power button action" set at under the start menu tab? Change it to shutdown.

In the power options, you can also change the power button action. By selecting advanced power settings.

EDIT:
You can turn off all the wake options in the advanced power options too.

Thank you
Selecting properties as suggested brings up the following window:

3 Tabs:
Taskbar
Start Menu
Toolbars
I've gone into all three and can't find anything to do with shutdown settings
