I don't have the CD-ROM its asking me for. I don't know why its asking for one when it doesn't even have a CD slot. Everything I try just takes me back to the same message "You can attempt to repair this file by starting Windows Setup using the original Setup CD-ROM"

Though without a startup disc there's not much you can do. The missing or corrupt file is actually the SYSTEM hive of the registry. This file is unique to your system and cannot be copied from another (just in case you were contemplating such).
