So i recently bought an GTX 680 by Asus w/ Direct CU II. [READ ALL INFO FOR SPECS & WHAT I TESTED]
Used it for about 6 months now or more without ANY problem at all and im loving it.

So one day for about 3 days ago i started my computer, everything started like normally, lights, fans... everything even the windows sound came up BUT i had a black screen / screen was
looking for a connection, So i started off with testing some shits myself, checked this forums tried that stuff aswell, Tried reinstalling drivers, tested my old gpu and it worked fine (Without drivers installed) My old gpu still works fine, but the new one is not getting detected some how, I do not think the gpu itself is ruined etcetc. I would like some help from you guys!

Tested: Re-Install drivers / Old gpu (worked) / New gpu (Not working yet) | NO its not the psu
TESTED ALL RAMS ASWELL, NOT RAM PROBLEM.

Specs:
GPU: Asus GTX 680 DirectCU II
PSU: 700W
RAM: 8GB
CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1050T (2.8GHZ / 6 Cores)
MOBO: ASUS TeK Computer inc | M4A785TD-V EVO

IMPORTANT INFO: I can't install the drivers again since the gpu is not detected (Nvidia says it has to be detected to install drivers)

Solution
BTW just to clear things up it was my gpu outputs that died, Anyway.. I recently built my new pc
ASUS STRIX GTX 960 DIRECTCU ii
AMD FX 9370 8c 4.7GHZ (Asetek 120MM Liquid cooler on, 20-25c idle temps 30-40c under heavy load while streaming)
^ most important specs, im all set and happy now :3

By clearing CMOS he means resetting the BIOS. I'm not exactly sure on how to do that but what you could try is reseating the graphics card. The EXACT same thing just happened to me (the card not being detected by NVIDIA). Go to device manager, uninstall the GPU, then shut down. Ground yourself(like touch metal to discharge all static), remove the graphics card completely and then put it back in (make sure its completely seated and put in all necessary power connectors). Then start up the PC, hit delete repeatedly to enter the BIOS (or whatever button it says to use on BIOS startup screen), and find a way to navigate yourself to the point where you set it put primary GPU to the PCI-E slot. Then save settings and restart. On restart you may have a really messed up screen due to no proper GPU output but you should be able to install NVIDIA drivers now.

This is what happened to me a week ago and I fixed it. Hope it helps you.

Seems legit, But if that would fail what would i do after that? since i uninstalled my internal GPU(?)

AND thing is, when i got my GTX680 in, I only get a blackscreen, just searching for output etc
so thats the thing fucking me over, so i tried using internal GPU + 680 in, it worked (Internal GPU connected to monitor) but the card (680) still didnt get detected @ all, I'm currently sitting on my old card and its working fine, just installed the drivers etc... But i really want my main card to work :s Already tried resetting bios ( reseating card / rams etc)
Nothing kinda helps, I would really like to find out how to install nvidia drivers (WITHOUT THE CARD IN)

Have you tried everything I told you? If not, first do that. Second of all, you can't "install" nvidia drivers without the card. To download means to gather the information to the PC for installation which means getting the info (bits of software and drivers) onto the graphics card. If it isn't detected, you will have to follow what I said. It HAS to work. When a GPU isn't detected, it's Windows fault.

Sounds a bit scary but it's ought to work.

Alright, i'm gona try putting it in now and just try set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 (CMD command)

If that doesnt work, i'm probably gona try your solution (BUT!) how did you actually think im supposed to navigate trought the bios to the GPU settings lol, without a screen? that would be hard as shit, i would have to master the bios itself first <.<

Glad to hear you got it solved. Also, hello fellow 960 user! (so much hate on them thanks to AMD)
