Can not install windows on any partition + Bootmgr missing + DVD Drive Missing

Intel Celeron CPU 450 @ 2.2Ghz
Was Running Window 7
not my first time reformatting
Installing from USB
Attmpted Reformat failed would not install on any partition.
so restarted computer and then it gave me a bootmgr missing error
I read online that i should wipe the hard drive with dban and try again
I got the same bootmgr missing error for dban
Tried a different ISO to USB program and dban was able to boot up
I ran Dban but it gave me 2 errors. at this point i didnt know what to do so i attempted to install windows again
windows installer booted up i chose the language and clicked next it then gave me a DVD driver missing error
I dont know what to do now .
I have never had this much trouble reinstalling windows.
