So recently it seems every once in a while my computer will bluescreen while its in the process of going into sleep mode. So far it happens to be the same thing every time it happens. I used BlueScreenView to give me more information. The Blue Screen is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Bugcheck 0x0000000a will give parameters by request.
Driver Caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Address: ntoskrnl.exe+74ec0

If anyone can give me some information on this and how to fix it would be great.
Here is the link to my public dropbox folder that contains the minidump files. Note the 3 are the technically the same BSOD but just at different dates.

one of the bugchecks was in
Netgear Neutral Wireless Solution
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\scmndisp.sys Fri May 27 03:30:22 2011

looks like it tried to access memory address zero.

I would update or remove this driver. The problem can also be bad memory settings, run memtest86 to test memory. I can also be another driver that corrupted scmndisp.sys data. Best to check for a update from netgear support and see if you get another bugcheck.
