Just making sure if what im gonna buy will work.

First of all.. Im not an IT or knew everything about computer interior so please dont flame..

I currently have
-Motherboard Gigabyte GA-G41MT-ES2L
-Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @2.50GHz
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
-Kingston 2x 2GB RAM 1.5V
-Power Supply 600W

(I have Kingston Black HyperX 2x 4GB RAM 1.6V)
(Dont worry about the Internal HDD and SATA etc)

My problem is I need a new MOBO and Processor for me to use my 2x 4GB Ram that is 1.6V, Cause my current MOBO doesnt support 1.6V.. and when I upgrade my MOBO.. my Processor will not be compatible with the new MOBO.. (Please try to understand that im in a tight budget and all I want to know if this is gonna work without any problems and stuff)

Im planning to buy
-INTEL CORE I3-4130 PROCESSOR
-ASROCK H81M-VG4 MOTHERBOARD

I know that its cheap.. and its all I can do..
Long story short: Will the new Processor and Mobo will run perfectly with what I have. (which is NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 650, KINGSTON HYPERX 2X 4GBRAM 1.6V, AND MY 600W POWER SUPPLY)

Will it work or Im gonna have some incompatibility?

More about making gonna buy work
  1. Yeah the MOBO/CPU combination is good :)
  2. Hello! I suggest going to http://pcpartpicker.com and "building" your PC there! Just go to system build and fill in your parts. It will automatically show you incompabilities + it will get you the cheapest price by selecting the websites that sell it for the cheapest. Good luck on your build!

  4. Maybe get a less powerfull PSU as i use 600w and have much beefier hardware. With the money you save , i suggest going for a AMD CPU if you are on a lower budget , if im not mistakend. As they are cheaper and also perfom very well.
Also what is you budget i, if you dont mind me asking ?
