My first time on these forums, so sorry if I'm not in the right place. I've got a pretty annoying problem with this computer I just got a couple months ago. About a month or 2 into this computer it started messing up on me, I've tried a bunch of things and nothing seems to fix my problem. I just got done resting the computer to factory made yesterday and I thought It fixed the problem, but nope, it's back again and I have absolutely no idea what to do. It happens about 5-6 times a week, usually when I'm gaming, it happened once when I was just browsing the internet.

It just happened again about 10-15 mins ago when I was playing League of Legends. I had to turn the computer off to get rid of that screen, sometimes if I let it sit there and move my mouse around a bunch it will turn off on its own. When I did start my computer back up everything loaded up super slow and my personalized desktop settings were not there, they popped back up though and it's back to normal, took some time to do so.

Has anybody delt with this kind of thing/seen it before? Help with this would be greatly appreciated, it's driving me nuts :(

Solution
Alright, good night.

I have one more suggestion, try starting the system in safe mode, then try some benchmarks. Try Prime95 for about 2 hours. That's the best CPU benchmarking/stress testing software I've ever found. Seems to keep you at 100% CPU, then backs off a bit when you need more resources but still keeps you at 100% so feel free to use your PC for some typical browsing the web to pass the time, I've found that it doesn't bother Prime95.
After Prime95, attempt to use Furmark's burn-in test or whatever name it's called, Furmark's the only stress test software I know of for GPU's that monitors everything that happens. Only do one at a time, though. That way you know what's causing the problem.

Nice GPU, though! I have an R7 250X...

Nice GPU, though! I have an R7 250X from HIS. Nice little cards, gets the job done.

Also, by your specs, I'm guessing you're not overclocking? If so, you should set it back to stock and see if that fixes the problem. I've only had this issue once, and it turned out to be my GPU over heating and crashing, and the only difference was, mine would make this horrid screeching sound that sounded like nails on a chalkboard and wouldn't turn off unless I held in the button. Got the same white screen, though. I eventually had to turn my fans up a little bit to keep it cooled down.

Thanks, they sure do. I was not overclocking, but I did go into the settings and set the fan speed to 50% from 17% and added 5% power. Everything seems to be working okay right now, haven't had the problem all day today. Everything from load times to startup speed seems to be much much faster. It's looking really good, I was told to run those awhile ago from another person and I let it run for a good hour or 2 and nothing seemed out of place so this might have been the problem honestly. Thank you for all the help man, I really do appreciate it.
