As I said in the title, my h100i stopped working, along with it my HDD. My HDD won't be recognized because the wire that has the SATA cable on it that comes from the Water cooling block is connected to my Harddrive thus turning it off, I can simply fix my HDD by hooking up the wire from my PS instead; but does that mean my water cooling system is dead? The fans nor anything else on the Water cooling system is working including the LEDs

The H100i gets it's power from the SATA plug on the power supply, if I'm not mistaken. The other stuff that plugs into the water block are the fans that are controlled by the Corsair software and a lead that goes to the PWM header for the CPU cooler (PC might not power on if it's unplugged). If it's plugged into it's own SATA plug, and isn't working, and neither are the fans, then it could possibly be a dead block. Try using a separate SATA plug and see what happens.
