Is this PC right ?

I am building my first pc.(Gaming)
My rig-
intel core i5 4440 3.1 ghz
corsair vengeance 8gb ram
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon Dual-X R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Motherboard

I need to know whether my pc is right or it will have some issues andwhat cooling system i will require and what psu i shall need.

It'll be all right. I'd say grab this PSU, but many other at this quality (Note: Quality, not price) will be fine

Thank you for your answer but the psu that you have suggested is not available in my country. So i will have to search every store in my locality and i still doubt if they will have it.Can you suggest another ?

Hm... India... Lemme see... This'll still be good. Costs rougly $57 in US, which is a decent price for a good quality unit like this.

You don't need it; i5-4440 is still great for gaming at the price, even though you aren't getting OC or just being slightly faster, it'll accommodate the GTX 970 fine.

I wonder whether 520 watts psu would be enough. I do not want power supply issues on my pc.

Can you suggest me a psu that costs around INR 3500?
The seasonic one costs INR 5000+. I am having a little problem with my budget.
I did some research . The corsair VS550w costs INR 3000 but i do not know whether it is good.

I guess you'll have to go with that.... The PSU is heavily debated between good or bad, but it's okay if you don't have budget.
