There is a process running in my task manager as "svchost.exe" and under it.. a service named "DHCP"... this particular service is making my gpu go wild... with more than 95% usage.. and thus making me unable to play any games.
Now whenever i close this service... my gpu goes back to normal but obviously my internet connection disconnects...and thus i'm still unable to play any online games..
PLEASE HELP! :'(

All I can assume is that the process is corrupt. The best I can suggest is that you reinstall window, without a malware cause I have no reason to believe this is software related.

That being the case I can not recommend anything short of that.

Or driver issues I assume that you have reinstalled the drivers?

If you haven't already done so, also run a virus scan, DHCP is something I'd normally expect to see in Windows Server or similar software, it's a way to manage IP addresses in a network, so I suspect someone has turned your system into either a zombie or it's now part of a botnet.
